WE HONOUR THE LIFE OF A GREAT AUSTRALIAN

Though Kenja Voice is only two years old, the communication behind it - communication which has inspired many thousands of people over the 25 years since Kenja first started - began with one man.

Ken Dyers.

On July 25, 2007, Ken's life came to an end. Aged 85 and having withstood a combination of severe ill-health and a long, relentless campaign of attack by a small group of fearful and corrupt individuals who strove to stop Ken - to stop you reading and benefiting from these very Kenja Voice articles which share his research freely - Ken decided he could no longer fight and he took his own life. If you wish to know more about this, very frank and detailed information can be found on the websites www.kenja.com.au and www.kendyers.com

Given this, the new edition of Kenja Voice could only be dedicated to Ken. Every word put to paper over the two years this e-newsletter has operated, has been either directly communicated by Ken, or drawn entirely from the research Ken pursued with absolute commitment for more than sixty years. His work was his life. And his life was extraordinary. As it says on the Kenja website "It is a testament to the quality of his character that, to the very end, Ken dedicated his life to focussing on the spiritual essence of mankind and people's positive qualities rather than their liabilities."

Be assured, Kenja will go on and Kenja Voice will continue to arrive faithfully in your email inbox every month (give or take a few days). The body of knowledge that Ken presented over 25 years has been preserved, and as the spiritual understanding behind it is timeless, so too the Kenja work remains relevant for all time.

And so to Ken, we express our deepest gratitude, our greatest admiration. We know you would not have wanted us to make this tribute about you so we shall be true to that, and make this edition about the work you valued more than anything. The work you shared so freely, irrespective of the personal cost to you, in order to help so many.

Please enjoy, read and cherish the Ken Dyers tribute edition of Kenja Voice - a collection of just a few of the great communications to have come from a truly great Australian, a wonderful friend, and a sparkling human being - Ken Dyers.

Ken Dyers Quotes

Understanding
"Life is about increasing understanding by expanding our ability to experience new things. New realities, points of view other than the ones familiar to us."

Admiration
"We tend to admire the game a person plays rather than the person themselves. After all it is what you do, rather than who you are that dictates your contribution to the bigger game in life."

Matching energy
"Any reality you consider you are not able to match, energy wise, you will be in effect of."

Our personal energy field
"When we are young - a baby - our energy field is very light. We are highly aware and sensitive to energy – particularly light energies like joy and love and the magic of life."

Enjoying life
"The only things that divert us from enjoying life are fear and pain."

Understanding
"We only fear that which we do not understand. Understanding is just being able to take the significance out of the particular area you're addressing. When the significance goes, the understanding increases."

Enjoying life
"How can you enjoy the present if your attention is on the past? You can't!"

Spiritual flows
"To get in touch with spiritual flows, you have to stop compulsively thinking. Thinking can be a bad habit to get into if you forget how to stop. The joy of life comes through experiencing, not through thinking."

Happiness
"The happiness I create in others makes me happy."

Decisions through time
"If you have a look at life from the viewpoint of lifetimes, instead of the life of your body, you will understand. The problem is that we base our decisions on such a small timescale."

Understanding
"The longer I can hold my attention still on a person or situation, the more I will understand."

Judgement
"A person who really has the ability to experience would not judge."

Wisdom
"It's only by listening to, and understanding the human spirit that you come into the sphere of 'wisdom'. Outside of that there is no wisdom, just intelligence. Everybody salutes wisdom, but not everybody salutes intelligence. "

Resistance to change
"Whilst there is resistance to change there is pain."

Spiritual family
"...A long time ago, I joined the family of man. So they're my family - before I even meet them. They're my brothers and my sisters and my fathers and my mothers and my aunties and uncles – we're all one family – we're a spiritual family. Every man to me is part of my spiritual family. And every woman is part of my spiritual family."

Pain
"All growth requires experiencing pain of some kind. But pain is a flash point, experience it quickly and it is gone. Avoid experiencing it, and it can last a lifetime. We are here to evolve. It is really about the gaining of experience and being willing to let go of the viewpoints that limit us."

The human viewpoint
"Listen very carefully to the child in yourself and the child in others. The human spirit. The simple desire to enjoy life and to share that enjoyment with other people."

"Love the child in yourself and love the child in others. Have the child in you and the child in others as your teacher. "

Communicating from the heart
"Intelligence doesn't touch people. It might impress them, but it doesn't move them. But if you talk from the heart, if you include the human viewpoint, everyone understands you."

"I look into my heart, honestly when I communicate, then I always know what to say. It is the only way I've found that gets through to everyone. It's only then that you have the sensitivity to really understand people, and when you understand them they will trust you. They will trust you because they know you will not judge them. And then you are in a position where you can help them, or more accurately, where you can help them help themselves."

"What I talk about promotes joy in life – I have to experience how the audience feels about what I am saying, and I'm oriented towards them feeling great. I make sure I'm giving them the kind of communication that will develop their hope, their desire to enjoy their future, to raise their energy level to be able to cope with the negative heavy games around them. Sometimes people lose motivation; they need to be reminded that life can be wonderful and beautiful – why would it be otherwise? We are spirits and we create the life. So why allow something to come in and take that away from us?"

Energy conversion meditation
"How much joy and love can I experience in my life, how can I be a better friend and help others? The question is how long will it take someone to get up to these higher levels? Some people stay in the lower levels for a lifetime, others move through more quickly. This is what we use meditation for: To detach from the energy of significance that forms the considerations that stick us in those realities. It is a tool for evolvement – Energy Conversion is a very effective technique for this."

"The wisdom that Energy Conversion rekindles in people will spread amongst everyone who gets in touch with it."

Natural spiritual state
"I have spent most of my life working to get back to a natural spiritual understanding. A state where my attention is on the spiritual, not tied up in the physical. In this state there is no fear, because fear is something we learn. When something undesirable happens, something we would rather not experience, when there is that potential of it happening again, we hit fear. Fear in our energy field affects our thoughts and actions, because the characteristic of fear is that it disperses our attention. It's hard to hold your attention still when you are in effect of the energy of fear, but it's just unwillingness to experience something."

Wisdom
"You get wisdom by listening to life, listening to people and understanding the pain that causes their problems. Not listening with your body's ears – they hear only the sounds of the physical world. Rather, listening with your perception. If you do this, your understanding will increase. Wisdom is the reward you get when you listen instead of just talk. When you opt to understand rather than think, to experience rather than judge. The wisest person is the one who is able to experience the greatest number of realities; able to view things as they are, not compulsively judge something, or change it to fit into their existing reality. A brilliant mind is not enough. All through history, lasting positive effects have been caused by people who have strong spiritual and human understanding, above the limitations of the mind. Their viewpoints have remained valuable through time. They have lasted because they still offer people a chance to detach from the traps in life."

"Wisdom is not obtained by chance. It is the reward we get for moving through life's traps, because we have learned the lessons that life has presented us."

"Wisdom comes from the understanding of the bigger game - the spiritual game. Wisdom is the ability of a spirit rather than a mind, to view a situation through time without being restricted by a fixed position in time."

Stillness and the spiritual universe
"The first point to make is that you are still - you always have been and always will be still - because you are a spirit. If you consider you are a physical body, then you will not understand stillness, because the body consists of energy, which is in constant motion. If you consider that you are the mind, once again you cannot be still because the mind is filled with thought, which also consists of energy. If you decide that you are either a body or mind, then at that point, by consideration you are."

Living from the spiritual viewpoint
"I can't think of a better way to spend my life. At the start you spend your time improving your own life. Getting successful in whatever way is important to you. You might go after money or power, you might seek attention or admiration or want to create a family or a successful business. When you have achieved these things - and I have done most of them in my life, I have done a lot, tried to fit as much experience into my life as I can, and that's a fair bit when you are 83 - when you have achieved these goals, you realise that you've spent a lot of time, attention and energy getting there. Then you say to yourself, 'What now?' That is the big question. It's like you get to the top rung on your ladder of goals and there is nowhere else to climb. This is when you realise that life is not a physical game. The playing field is physical, but the reach is spiritual. At that time your life will change permanently. It did for me. Above the last rung of the physical ladder, if you look up from there you'll find the spiritual viewpoint and that's when life gets very exciting."

"Some people reaching to understand spirituality say that they are trying to 'connect with' or 'find' their spirit. This creates confusion because you would have to be something other than a spirit in order to 'look for your spirit'. Yet you are a spirit and unless you can cross that line and understand what you are, you're not going any place."

"Every person is spiritual in essence and just because they have identified with the physical, doesn't mean they are physical. Everyone gets back in touch with the spiritual universe eventually. It is just a matter of time."

Spiritual communication – subtle communication
"The most subtle and effective level of communication is spiritual communication. I don't mean someone talking about spirituality from their mind; that's communicating about spirituality. I mean communicating from the natural spiritual viewpoint – detached from the physical. At this point we get into the lighter spiritual perceptions, and this is when communication gets very exciting."

"The basic purpose of communication is to exchange realities. If your communication to me contains a more effective or spiritually higher viewpoint than I am currently using, and if you are able to present it to me in a way that I can understand and embrace, then through this creative exchange, my reality will expand to include yours. My reality has literally grown to encompass your reality. This is the intention of creative communication. It is a wonderful tool for the expansion of personal reality and consciousness."

"If you are aware of yourself as a spirit you have the ability to create that awareness with anyone you communicate to. Because whether they are conscious of it or not, they know they are a spirit."

"Helping people to increase their awareness of what they are, and who they are being, is what I am interested in. Helping the mind or the body is one thing, but getting into communication with and helping the spirit is a wonderful game. Once a person gets in good shape spiritually, the mind and body come into line."

Happiness
"The human spirit in all of us has a natural joy and enthusiasm for life, and the greatest happiness occurs in the way we relate to others. Giving it away as much as possible is the key, and to as many people as you can and as often as you can."

"Spiritually, we are responsible for creating an environment where the human spirit can happily exist. And happiness can only occur when there is an absence of fear. Therefore, reducing unconscious fear goes a long way to increasing happiness."

"I mean we all are trying to evolve as we go through life, to rise above fear, uncertainty and hopelessness – those viewpoints that limit our enjoyment of life.

Spiritual evolvement
"Spiritual evolvement is reaching for lighter and lighter viewpoints through a lifetime as we let go of heavier ones. To do this, we need to promote a state of change. As we do this and our personal space increases, our ability to experience more points of view also increases. There are incredibly beautiful things happening around us every day: We just need to be in a position where we are free enough from negativity to experience them."

Inspiration
"When I was 14, I made the postulate that I would look above me, rather than around me for inspiration. Ever since, I have done just that. If your attention is on the physical, then you see the many things that might hurt you or you might be vulnerable to. But if you keep your attention on the spiritual, you will quickly get into the lighter areas. Your attention will be on the qualities of people, rather than the limitations or liabilities."

"If as people, we are just relating on a physical level, then it can be a long day's march before we find anything really inspiring. Yet every time I meet a person and become aware of them spiritually, I am inspired by their qualities and their inherent potential. Every time – without fail!"
