CIFS exists as a referral system for the lucrative business of what used to be “deprogramming”, a term which then changed to “exit counselling” and has now become “strategic intervention” - the lucrative business of counselling (for money) these people “brainwashed” by cults.

Mutch is the Patron of CIFS. Adrian Norman, 'Shadow man', Annette Stephens/ Bianchi and Wendy Beaver are all part of its network.
